Es besteht aus 2 Instrumentalwerken und 13 bekannten Weihnachtsliedern für Chor und flexible Bandbegleitung. Die bekanntesten unter ihnen sind wohl: 'Ich Steh An Deiner Krippen' (Kurt Bikkembergs), 'Coventry Carol' (Jan Van der Roost), 'Adeste Fideles' (Dirk De Nef) und 'Stille Nacht' (Kristiaan Van Ingelgem). Joy To The World kann sowohl zusammenhängend als abendfüllendes Programm von einem Chor mit Band aufgeführt werden, aber es lassen sich auch einzelne Stücke losgelöst vom Ganzen eventuell in Verbindung mit den Instrumentalwerken vortragen. Alle Stücke sind 4,5 oder 6 stimmig instrumentiert, sodass die Stücke für jede Band in jedem Schwierigkeitslevel spielbar sind. Mit dabei sind die leichten und fröhlichen Stimmen für den Chor. Joy To The World forms part of the 'Over Art' project, an interdisciplinary initiative by Koor&Stem, together with Vlamo, Muziekmozaïek, Creatief Schrijven and the Forum voor Amateurkunsten in België. It consists of 2 instrumental parts and 13 well-known Christmas songs for choir and flexible band, of which 'Ich Steh An Deiner Krippen' (Kurt Bikkembergs), 'Coventry Carol' (Jan Van der Roost), 'Adeste Fideles' (Dirk De Nef) and 'Stille Nacht' (Kristiaan Van Ingelgem) are the best known. Joy To The World can serve as a concert-filling programme where all the songs are performed by a choir and a band, but it's also possible to make a selection of one or more songs, possibly in combination with the two instrumental pieces. All pieces are scored for 4, 5 or 6 voices, which makes it playable for any band and any playing level. It also provides easy, enjoyable singing for the choir. Joy To The World fait partie du projet 'Over Art', une initiative interdisciplinaire de Koor&Stem en collaboration avec Vlamo, Muziekmozaïek, Creatief Schrijven et le Forum voor Amateurkunsten in België (le Forum des Arts Amateurs de Belgique). Il se compose de deux morceaux instrumentaux et de 13 chants de Noël bien connus pour chorales et groupe flexible dont 'Ich steh an Deiner Krippen' (Kurt Bikkembergs), 'Coventry Carol' (Jan Van der Roost), 'Adeste fideles' (Dirk De Nef) et 'Stille Nacht' (Kristiaan Van Ingelgem) sont les plus connus. Joy To The World peut servir de programme de concert – toutes les chansons étant interprétées avec chorales et groupe – mais une sélection peut également être opérée, pour ne reprendre qu'une ou plusieurs chansons, en combinaison ou non avec les deux morceaux instrumentaux. Toutes les œuvres sont instrumentées à 4, 5 ou 6 voix, ce qui les rend jouables pour chaque groupe et à tous les niveaux. Pour la chorale aussi, elles sont faciles et agréables à chanter. Alle werkjes zijn 4-,5-, of 6-stemmig geïnstrumenteerd, wat het voor elke band en elk niveau speelbaar maakt. Ook voor het koor is het prettig en makkelijk zingen. Joy To The World può fungere da programma integrativo di un concerto in ciu tutti i canti possono essere eseguito da coro e banda, ma è anche possibile una selezione di uno o più canti, in combinazione o meno con i due brani musicali. Tutti le opere sono strumentate a 4, 5 o 6 voci, rendendole eseguibili da ogni banda e ad ogni livello. Anche per il coro l'esecuzione è piacevole e semplice.
