Have you met Miss Jones was written for the musical comedy 'I'd Rather Be Right' by Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart in 1937. The song was first recorded by Frank Sinatra. It was also in the soundtrack to the movie Bridget Jones's Diary, then recorded by Robbie Williams.
